Registration Form
The registration process is designed so that you may create a unique identity. The only
required parts to the registration process is a 'Phone Number', 'Email address' and
'Year & Month of Birthday (YY/MM)'.
It is ALWAYS our policy to keep this information totally confidential and private
(used Only to reference your balances owed to Winter Fox for upcomming trips/events).
The Club will NEVER resell or redistribute any information you provide us, except when
legally required to do so. The site administrator will take all reasonable measures to
ensure that any information you provide confidentially is kept confidential. You may
change this information at any time by editing your profile.
Postings
The Club, the site administrator, and site moderators cannot be held responsible for the
content of posted messages on the forums, comments, or chatboxes. The Club reserves the
right to remove any postings that it determines to be inappropriate or offensive. The
site software is configured to replace selected words in postings that are deemed by
the Club to be obscene or offensive with a string that indicates that the word has been
removed.

The Club has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that there is sufficient security in
place to stop external misuse of any and all information that you provide.
